Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 01/07/2025Thank you for shopping at Bookletto. We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order due to any of the reasons stated below, we are here to help you with a return, refund, or exchange.
1. Returns
Returns are accepted only if the items you received are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery. Change of mind after making a purchase or receiving the item is NOT an eligible reason for a return or refund.- Timeframe: You must arrange a return within seven (7) days of receiving your package. Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will unfortunately not be accepted.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same brand-new condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:- Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
- Physical or digital Gift Cards.
3. Return Process
To return a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] or call/WhatsApp us at 0788500035 with your order name, order number, and photos/videos showing the issue.
- Packaging: Ensure the item is securely placed in its original packaging (or any other safe, protective packaging).
- Return Shipping: Once your return request is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back. Return shipping charges for defective/damaged items will be fully paid or reimbursed by Bookletto.
4. Refunds & Exchanges
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to seven (7) working days from the date we receive your item to process your return or exchange.
- Options: If approved, you can choose between a full refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a product exchange (subject to stock availability).
- Payment Methods: Refunds are available for all payment methods including Online Card Payments, Bank Transfers, Cash on Delivery (CoD), and installment partners (Koko/Mintpay).
- Bank Clearance: Approved refunds can take 7 to 14 working days to reflect in your bank account depending on your card issuer or bank.
5. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your order for any reason BEFORE it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order details.
- If canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return process above.
